3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple accounts per person, per household, per device, or per payment method are not permitted. K99 Game reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and confiscate balances and bonuses where multiple account activity is detected.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. 4. Deposits & Payments

- The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500.
- Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed.
- Bank Transfer deposits may take one to two business days to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times.
- K99 Game does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted and may trigger a verification review or account suspension.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard processing windows; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than Bank Transfer requests.
- You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be approved where a bonus is attached to your balance.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and game rounds are governed by the rules published within the relevant game or market at the time of play. In addition, the following general rules apply across all products on the platform:
- Cricket & PSL: All cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and test matches, settle according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or void matches are settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.
- Live Casino: The outcome of all live dealer games is final once the round is complete and confirmed on screen. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the round completing.
- Slots: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Malfunction of any game voids all plays and returns stakes.

10. Suspension & Account Closure
